Pay my debts so I can get married

I've finally met someone I going to marry and I didn't actually think it could be possible for me since I'm a lesbian in the Philippines. To my surprise, fate had other plans. I met my girlfriend of 2 years now, online. She's Dutch and we are very much in love. The plan is to get married September of 2018 so I can also start the process of moving to the Netherlands. Unfortunately, I have not spent the years prior to save up and prepare for such a momentus event. I thought it could only be a dream for me to marry and would remain that way. I was thankfully proven wrong. Right now I have an outstanding debt of 180,000 pesos accumulated over the years-- supporting my mom and siblings since I'm from a broken family and ensuring I got to visit my girlfriend and sealing our commitment to each other. I've been looking for additional work options wheter it be another employer that pays better or a supplemental income but still no luck. I am steadily paying bills and supporting myself but I am seemingly unable to make a dent in the credit card debts even if I am already paying twice the minumum payment every month. So this is my leap of faith, to tap on humanity's empathy.
