Pay for wife’s loan and build a house for my kids

I don't have any qualification for good job, and no high school certificate to back me up, that's why I couldn't get a good salary job to support my family.

With her family in debt, my wife thought of borrowing loan from a bank to ease her family's trouble, but ended up in one herself. She works as a civil servant so her salary is higher than mine, but its isn't enough to make ends meet.

I've ran out of options and not sure what else to do.

I have little believe I can clear her debt, or even raise anything, I guess I'll just give it a try.
