Pay for my friend’s college fees

I don't really know how this will go. I just hope can reach this goal before it's too late. My friend is having a difficulty to pay for his tuition fees in college . He's a foreign student here in Malaysia and it's his 4rd semester out of 6 studying software engineering. He didn't want to bother his mom back home that he really needed that money because he said he still have younger ones. He do not know that I'm setting this up for him. I really want to help him in any way possible but I don't have that much money and i really need some help from you guys. I still believe that there's still good people in this world. I also want to prove that we can help each other regardless of our nationalities, skin color, beliefs, culture and religion.
