Paws of Lembongan

Paws of Lembongan run neutering, vaccination, rescue, and adoption programs and provide the only medical care for all the owned and stray dogs and cats (as well as cows, pigs and chickens!) on Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan.

The work Paws has done has made a remarkable difference to the animals on our island and this difference is often remarked on by visitors who are amazed to see healthy, happy animals everywhere on Lembongan. Although we have done a great job so far, there is still more to be done!!!

We are constantly fundraising because what we do isn't cheap! These are the prices per animal in UK Pounds

Sterilisation: $25 US per cat or dog

Vaccinations: $10 US per dog / per cat

Treat dogs for ticks, worms, and skin infections: $15 US (on average)

This amounts to $50 US per animal and we aim to treat 20 animals per month, meaning we need to raise a total of $1,000 US per month!

We also are in constant need of tranquilizers, gloves, sutures, medication, bandages, would dressings, and the list goes on....!
