As images of desperate animals needing to be saved run down my page on a daily basis, I was haunted by the question "What can be done to change this?" Rescues diligently do their part and try so hard to save as many as they can. However, the line is never ending. Unless we can change the way people view animals, it will never change. I founded PAWS in the Red because I know that children are the way to change the future. We are trying to bring mobile education to our schools along with no cost spay and neuter services. We will have a mobile pet a education center followed by a mobile spay and neuter clinic. We will first educate the children to be responsible pet owners and then give them the opportunity to be a responsible owners. With parental consent, we will spay or neuter, vaccinate, micro chip and pay the first year for license fee's. Children will be directly involved, learning how to wonderful our pets truely are and taking the information with them home now and far into the future.
