Please help Madison Turner (10 years) raise money to get a service dog from Thames Centre Service Dogs, in London, ON. Madison has Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) and struggles socially and at school. Her service dog (she has named her Lola) will interpret her energy, intervene in her behaviour and improve her social skills. FASD is a hidden disability, that impacts concentration and behaviour. Lola will provide a sense of calm and security for Madison, who is willing to do anything to make a friend. We are hoping to get Lola at the beginning of June so that they can bond over the summer and begin school in September together. There will be a school-wide assembly and an additional two weeks of training in the school, so that students can understand how Lola can help Madison.
Please make a difference and think BEFORE you drink!
