Sadly, another humanitarian disaster struck Beirut - this time causing the deaths of more than 160 people and affecting over 300,000 others who together with their pets have now become homeless and/or displaced and who now need your help.

That coupled with a harsh local economic crisis forcing banks to limit Lebanese from withdrawing from their funds to less than $100/week, a spiralling currency and the impact of COVID 19 meant that the Lebanese and their pets are in dire straits.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

On behalf of Perpetual Animal Watch (PAW), a registered non-governmental, non-profit organisation close to my heart and of which I am a member, I seek your help in meeting the needs of the families and their pets who have been affected by this crisis.

Perpetual Animal Watch (PAW) was founded at the end of 2018 as a non-profit organisation that works towards the eradication of animal abuse in Lebanon and ensuring the ultimate relief and well-being of those loving and sentient beings, when needed, which ultimately includes their humans and guardians, through identifying sustainable and effective solutions.

Compassion is universal. Caring for animals means taking care of the people who care for them, and vice versa. We will not fail in the face of those affected by this disaster or their pets, and we will certainly need help and donations to overcome this dim chapter in Lebanon’s history.

How You Can Help:

Purchase a blanket $10

Purchase a meal: $15

A night in boarding: $50

Vet care: $50

WE NEED YOUR HELP. EVERY PENNY COUNTS!
