Men and women make sacrifices for us everyday, whether we see their actions on the news, or not. Too often the actions of a hero go unnoticed, and worse, too often we turn our focus away from veterans when they find themselves in times of financial doom. Several times, our heroes are forced onto the streets, which is tragic, but something that there is no statistic for, no concern, is the family of the veteran. When a veteran loses their home, it's not just them being forced to live on the streets, it's their  spouse and children too.
