Patriot Dental Fund

My name is Jonathan Fitch and im asking for help towards getting my teeth fixed. I created this video along with the help of my father  who cares greatly about my well being. I currently work at Target unloading trucks and do not have the necessary funds to fix my teeth. I'm a patriot and a veteran of the United States Army and try to live my life around God and my family. I'm trying to reach a goal of $12,000 in order to get the care needed to fix my teeth. All I want is to be able to smile again! My teeth are so infected that my gums are swollen which causes pain and makes it really hard to eat. It's a health issue that needs to be resolved.
