Patrick the stray cat in dire need of your help!

I know Patrick the stray cat since October 2017 and started to feed him since then whenever he visits my apartment unit. I've got to know him when he suddenly appeared outside my house and I don't even live on the ground floor. I believe he has chosen me to take care of him. Recently, I find it weird that he didn't come to my place to eat for 4 days. Then, as I came back home, I noticed he was lying helplessly on the parking floor, with 2 fractured legs, broken jaws and teeth. I suspect he's got his injuries either from a car running over him or he fell from higher floor level. My heart was shattered to pieces when I saw his condition and decided to rescue him and brought him to the vet. When the vet told me that his condition requires multiple and costly surgeries and requires full care and attention at home, I know I couldn't afford it and I can't take care of him as I'm always travelling around. So please, with your donation, I hope that he can walks and eats like normal again. I will put him into a reputable cat shelter for him to call home. It is safer there than living in my area.
