Pathways Training

Many of you know the demons that Vaughn faces every day. His anger, his fears, his past. Many of you know that I, as we all do, have my own demons as well, insecurity, untrusting and no self love.

Through the Pathways program, we are being equipped with the chance to face and name our demons, as well as the ability to learn the tools to heal from them. The Word tells us over and over to stop being lazy and do the work. This program forces you to do the work or to leave. You simply cannot remain the same and graduate from the program.

Vaughn and I are committed to the program and to each other. We are committed to complete this chance that God has given us so that we can truly love ourselves enough to be the people He has created us to be. We are committed to become people who can love God's people more fully.

Wednesday, Sept 19, Kaci embarks on the next step, it's called "The Walk". "The Walk" is 5 days of intensive counseling. Kaci is committed and trusting that we will be able to make this happen and that's where you come in. We need two things from our friends and family...financial help and prayer. "The Walk" by itself is $800, plus $41 a night for hotel and some extra for meals. Kaci is receiving a military discount of about $300, but we could still use some help in getting her there. If God as blessed you in a way that you could help financially in any way, please help however you can. Even $10 would make a difference. If you cannot help financially, please pray? Agree with us that we need God to pour himself out on us, agree that we need to forgive the hurts of our past and do the work to move on, please agree that we need to truly love ourselves so that we can love others and stop the damaging behaviors that we cling to.

After the Walk, Kaci will have 3 more weekends over the next three months that are $400 each plus hotel and food and Vaughn has 2 more.

Kaci also has several people in her class that need help attending this training, totaling about $1500. If you can help and Kaci's is covered, she will forward it on to her next training or to someone in her class.
