As an aspiring pastry chef, my dream is to open my own cafe-cake shoppe that eventually becomes part of the community. I want to create beautiful cakes and desserts along with an inviting vintage inspired environment all while using organic and locally made ingredients.
To do so I first need to become a certified Pastry Chef. I plan to attend a pastry school program this fall but need help with the funding before I can commit to a program. Right now the program I am looking at costs $12,000, is accredited and focuses on using organic and locally grown ingedients.
