Partial funding for my girlfriend master degree program in france

My Girlfriend is an Algerian chemist. With a Bachelor degree. I am an Egyptian artist and got a job in Dubai lately. Long story short. We worked this year and used all our resources to get her to France and finish her master degree in a legitimate university.

Even with my new job, we tried to work around it but we couldn't make it and visa was denied. Because of currency difference it would take us forever to save for it.

She doesn't approve this idea of asking for help but she is really hardworking and if we make it next year, her life will be changed forever because I know she will make the most of it. It's her dream.

So I am asking for it because I know how much it matters.
