Parasolka

Dear friends,

We are Parasolka from Budapest, Hungary .

Our informal organisation was created in May 2022 in order to help kids who had to leave Ukraine after Russian invasion 24.02.2022

Short fun fact: parasolka mean umbrella in Ukrainian. We chose this word because we are trying to protect our kids from the rain of life.

Nah , that was a lie. We just like this word, try to say it out loud. Doesn't it sound like something you could name your girlfriend?

We are organizing after school activities , we have art lessons , Ukrainian lessons where the kids of 6 years old can learn how to read and write , English lessons, Lego building lessons my personal favorite countries and nations where every week we bring volunteer from different country to talk about their homeland and many others.

We have more than 100 kids , 6 teachers and 45 weekly lessons
