A fundraising project for our frontliners in AMAI PAKPAK MEDICAL CENTER IN MARAWI CITY and VICENTE L. PERALTA MEMORIAL DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN SORSOGON to send them Personal Protective Equipments to help #FightCovid19Together!

With the Enhanced Community Quarantine in effect in the Philippines, logistics has been harder than it already is for the whole country. With a lot of private organizations moving to help send PPEs to different hospitals, we would like to focus our fund raising efforts to 2 specific hospitals who reached out to us for help: Amai Pakpak Medical Center in Marawi City and Vicente L. Peralta Memorial District Hospital in Sorsogon. We are able to find suppliers closer to the cities to facilitate faster delivery of the PPEs. We need help to raise funds so we can pa fory the ordered PPEs and send them to the hospitals ASAP.

Marawi City is the capital of Lanao del Sur and Amai Pakpak Medical Center caters to 39 municipalities. They now have 10 confirmed cases and 33 PUIs according to the data. Some mild PUIs are on quarantine in their respective municipalities.

PARA SA BAYAN NI JUAN is the group behind the Bayanihan Para sa Bayan ni Juan initiative whose aim is to ignite the spirit of bayanihan (community effort) during times of need. We help to extend support to frontliners and those whose livelihood was affected by the Enhanced Community Quarantine brought about by COVID-19.

BY THE COMMUNITY, FOR THE COMMUNITY. In partnering with local businesses and individuals, we get to address community-specific needs faster - from Personal Protective Equipments, Face Masks, Alcohol, Face Shields, Vitamin Supplements or Food Packs for displaced families.
