Campaign Story
My Tatay Mr. Dante Nemedez, a responsible father to us was diagnosed with the following cases:
1) Hypoalbuminemia prob 2 to chronic infection vs Neoplastic process
2) T/C Colon mass prob tb abscess vs malignancy
3) Perianal abscess w/ tistula
And referred for colonoscopy and schedule for surgey.
We are humbly asking for any amount to raise a fund for the said concern. We, his family want to celebrate his 60th birthday this coming April 25 for HIM with a Good health and Good condition. Thank you for those who are willing to help in any amount they can. Thank you very much.
