My father is a very gentle, kind and caring person. He loved his two children and his four grandchildren and always wanted the best for us. He always says "hi" to everyone he meets and always offered everyone a smile. He's hardworking father and he always do his best just to hit his sales targets. He is been so nice to his colleagues and dedicated to his job as a Unilab salesman under Alturas Group.

My father has a Congenital Heart Disease; however, he never let that stopped him from excelling in everything he put his mind to. My father is my inspiration and aspiration.

I am writing you to ask for financial assistance for my father’s (Teofilo Banga) hospitalization bills to use for his open-heart surgery. My father has heart problem and was examined with having a Congenital Heart Disease, Atrial Septal Defect on Philippine Heart Center at Quezon City.

The doctor said that he needs to undergo an urgent open-heart surgery and will cost Php600,000-700,000(around $14,000). However, we cannot decide further due to financial reasons.

With this, as a loving daughter, may I knock to your beautiful heart and seek help to please assist us for the bills that would cover the bills for the heart operation of my father.

I have faith and trust God through your kind hearts. My family will forever be grateful.
