Papa’s battle against Chronic Kidney Disease and Heart Disease

We are appealing to your good heart as we seek financial assistance to support the continuous medications and dialysis treatment of our hero, my father.

He was diagnosed with CKD V (Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V) in June 2017. His kidneys are no longer functioning and he needs to undergo dialysis treatments to prolong his life. In November 2018, he was also diagnosed with CHD (Chronic Heart Disease). Our funds are getting extremely low in support of his on-going medications and dialysis sessions 3 times a week, routine checkups, laboratory examinations, blood transfusion and medical oxygen tank refills. The company I am currently working for provides health insurance to our dependents but we have also consumed the maximum benefit limit as well. On top of his maintenance medicines, my father is also needing medical oxygen and nebulizer to support his breathing at home. I have attached the medical abstract from my father's nephrologist, not including the one from his cardiologist yet.
