Campaign Story
Many of you know that today (28 January) is Papa's birthday. But only few of you are aware that he is currently in the hospital due to an unruptured brain aneurysm.
It's really crazy to think that strongest man I know is now lying on a hospital bed fighting for his life. Papa served the Philippines in the military for a long time. He survived his field assignments fighting the rebels during his time. He also helped build offices and houses for military personnel when he was assigned in the engineering department, and for his last assignment he drove emergency patients to the hospital as an ambulance driver at Fort Bonifacio Hospital. He used to be behind the wheel driving, but now he's the emergency patient in need of help.
Papa is at the Veteran's Hospital in the Philippines under observation and in need of an operation. Unfortunately, we were advised that the Flow Diversion and Stinting procedure is not available in that hospital. We were told to prepare 600,000-800,000 PHP to pay upfront for the procedure, which is a lot of money for just myself and my siblings to handle, and even for Papa, who is only relying on his benefits from the government and his pension.
We would definitely appreciate any amount that you could donate for Papa's surgery and recovery expenses. We can't do this on our own. This would be the greatest gift you could ever give him, a chance to live a good, and longer, life.

Papa Went Home to His Maker
Update posted by Ray Mark Lanzuela at 06:05 amI apologise for the late update. Papa tested positive for covid so the initial procedure were all delayed. As soon as he tested negative for covid, one of the aneurysm ruptured. He was then rushed for an emergency surgery to drain the blood that spilled and to relieve some of. . . . .
