Mission Statement: Our goal at Papa Jim’s Christmas Trees is to spread the holiday cheer by providing Long Island families in need with a Christmas tree (and all of the trimmings) during this holiday season. We provide each family with a tree as well as a tree stand, tree skirt, lights, ornaments, garland & a topping star to make their holidays a bit more complete.
Additional funds are used to provide any kids in these homes with some holiday cheer on Christmas morning in the form of toys or gift cards.
Who Are We? We are a Long Island family that started this holiday tradition in 2013, the year our father “Papa Jim” Connolly passed. Papa Jim was a lifelong Long Islander who would like nothing more than to see us spread the Christmas cheer on his behalf this holiday season.
How Can You Help? Please help us complete the mission. Any and all donations are warmly received - one $50 donation covers the
cost of furnishing one Long Island family with a COMPLETE Christmas tree
package - one Balsam Fir Christmas Tree, one tree stand, 2 sets of lights, 3 sets of ornaments, 2 sets of garland, 1 topping star, 1 tree skirt, and 1 box of candy canes. We are hoping to provide a total of 75 families with Christmas trees this 2018 season. Won’t you please help us spread the love this holiday season!

Hi. Good day! I’m hoping you will be able to read this and help us in any possible way. My son has Congenital Heart Disease and he’s only 4 months old. According to his, Pedia Cardiology, he needs to have an open heart surgery before turning one and we’re running out of options and time. I’m wondering if you can possibly help us by promoting our campaign. thank you so much
