Latest Update: Papa Gilbert Duran battle for Cancer

Our papa has undergone biopsy last November 15 and was discharged last November 16 but that night we rushed him again to the ER due to aspiration pneumonia and he was intubated and advised to be in a Critical Care Unit. He's been in the CCU for more than a week now. Our papa is still fighting with his mechanical ventilator. We are still knocking on everyone's heart to support him fight this battle. June 2018, our papa got sick. At first, we thought it was a normal flu but his cough got worst as days passed by. We decided to consult a doctor only to find out that our papa has a cancer. The doctor prescribed us medicines which papa religiously took everyday. We also tried herbal medicines to help him recover. This October 2018, we rushed him to the hospital because of difficulty in breathing. The oncologist required him to undergo biopsy so we can determine what type of cancer he has and what corresponding medications to take. Unfortunately, we are lacking of funds and now we are also struggling to pay our hospital bills as well as the oxygen he needs to support his breathing. We are knocking your hearts to help us raise a fund for our papa to fight this battle. We still want to celebrate life with him and I know, God's healing hand will cure him but we cannot continue without any financial support. Our papa is fighting for his life and we, his family, are fighting for him too and this is the least that we could do. Your prayers would mean a lot too. God bless everyone.
