Stupidity!!! I sent donations before 2 weeks and till now nothing happened!! My money disappear!!! Scammers

Email from admin. Hi, Thank you for contacting Customer Support. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of disputed and suspicious donations our payment processor has categorised your campaign as high risk and will not authorise the release of any funds. When this happens we are obliged to refund the donations back to the donors - which we have now done. Funds should arrive back with your donors within the next 7 - 10 working days. In relation to the large donation, we are reaching out to that person as we will need their bank details in order to be able to send the funds back to them.
