Empowerment and leadership skills for women and girls living with HIV.
The Pan-African Positive Women`s Coalition (PAPWC) is an advocacy civil society organization which was founded by a small group of women living with HIV, on Africa Day, 25 May 2012 at the inaugural launch of the Global POWER Africa Women Network High Level Meeting held in Harare, Zimbabwe from 24 -25 May 2012. PAPWC is one of the major outcomes of the Harare Call To Action.
