Hello, My name is Pagan and my boyfriend David has stage 4 lung cancer. I live in SLC, Utah and I am trying to raise funds to move to him in Minneapolis, MN.
Not only am I willing to set up a fundraiser, but also I am willing to sell items, work whatever odds and ends to raise money. My original timeframe was May '13. I am currently working Full time and trying to work 10-20 hours of overtime a week, but it is not enough. I am trying to work about 7 months ahead of my original time table, and any funds would only go to 1) The trip to MN (Uhaul, trailer, gas, etc) & living expenses (studio, lights, Ramen, etc) so I am not a financial burden to David, while I find full time work there. I have already met a few job prospects there and the support network there is very good. But I just need the $$'s to go there.
I have been very active in the local SLC community, even been featured on x2 stories in the local SL Trbune paper and the Examiner. My facebook page is Facebook Pagan78. All my information is there. I will be making a video later today.
Please, any help you can give would be a big step. I have been dating David for over one year through the Facebook. He means the world to me. I do not ask for help often, but I am asking now.

Essays. I can write a 20 page essay, on any topic, in 4 hours. I am offering my services to write about any topic, yours to keep, for a donation to my cause. My goal is that this is an offer IN ADVANCE. And once I move to MN, you can give me a timeframe to write you this essay.
I have a sword for sale. Google 'sword of darkness' for an image. It is NOT sharpened. It is NOT meant for real use. It is NOT meant to be a weapon. It is meant for DISPLAY ONLY.
Magic the Gathering cards. A dear friend of mine gave me a collection of 'Magic the Gathering' playing cards. They are also for sale to raise money for the cause. Not sorted, but all verified. I have not had the chance to organize them yet but they are yours if you want to help with the cause.
Comic book collection: I have been given two comic book collections to add to my own impressive geek collection of Comic books. Marvel, DC, Image, Darkhorse. Superman, Spiderman, Batman, Xmen, Witchblade, it's all there. You can have it all. $3k buys you all of it.

I hope people sign up to help you with this move, great idea and I hope that you and David are together soon. Why didn't I know he had cancer? This was the first time I saw that....I am so sorry my friend. Take care of you, take care of each other and keep on Rocking On!
