Hi am Rita Pael and my Husband is Jose Pael we live in the Philippines he is 59 years old and in a serious need of Kidney Transplant, he has CKD V. Its started 3 years ago, for those who don't know what it is it's Chronic Kidney disease stage 5 secondary to DKD vs HKD T2DM., because of some complication due to diabetis he started having 15 years ago. He also have hypertension stage 2. Unfortunately we cannot afford the cost of the transplant and other medication treatments amounting more or less 1million pesos, fortunately for us we have kidney donor but we still need laboratory testing to see if they match that is why im asking for help. It would be really appreciable if you can help my Husband in his desease so that way we can fight it and finally gave him a great health. I hope my story will touch you and maybe help us find a comfortable future for my Husband.
