Oxygen Concentrator Tank for Aurora in the Philippines

My dear friend, Aurora, who lives in the Philippines needs our help! She is lacking oxygen in her body because of a condition that won't let her stay without a portable oxygen tank for long - pulmonary hypertension and Polycythemia. She needs an oxygen concentrator tank to help her with her breathing, which costs about THB10,000 or 15,000 Philippine pesos. I know Aurora for many years as she was a huge fan of the Miss Universe pageant, and we met last year in Manila when I came to visit with my family. She is a lovely girl and I don't want to see her struggle for oxygen anymore. Please help me raise the funds for her to buy the portable tank.
