Outstanding fees

My name is Koketso Raphala. I am a third year BSc Computer Science student at the University of the Witwatersrand. I am currently restricted from registering as I have outstanding fees of around R69000 which is needed by the 28th February 2021 or I will not be allowed to finish my degree this year. The outstanding amount is from 2018 which was not paid by, by my bursary at the time and they do not want to settle it wit no valid reasons. I have attached below a picture detailing the owing amount and the university account number the money should be sent to as well as my academic results from the 2020 academic year where I obtained an average of around 78%. Your help will really be appreciated and any amount can be donated from R1. My mother is a singe unemployed parent and cannot be able and afford to settle my university fees.
