Outraged – Fairview Race Horse Massacre – R5000 Reward for Tip-offs

As many South Africans may already know, on Thursday the 17^th of September, 2020 the Fairview Race Course sustained a brutal attack by some 100 odd attackers due to an employee who was fired as a result of his actions in regards to a horse which he / she allegedly stabbed with a pair of scissors. These 100 odd attackers subsequently massacred a number of highly treasured and highly prized race horses belonging to various individuals. a Number of horses have been injured and killed with the use of pangas, three or more horses have been euthanized from injuries sustained thus far, eleven horses are presumed missing and six have been recovered so far.

The incident has sparked outrage among concerned citizens and within myself! It’s for this reason that I have decided to take it upon myself to launch a fundraiser to fund tip-off rewards leading to arrests whereby witnesses can reach out and help serve justice as well as potentially put food on their tables.

Due to the large number of individuals involved in the attack, a R5000 reward will be offered for each tip-off that leads to an arrest. Witnesses will be required to visit their nearest police department to make a statement and request a copy that is to be forwarded to either the email or Whatsapp contact details below. I will use these statements in follow-ups to ensure that the rewards reach the correct witnesses once an arrest has been made public. The reward is eligible for each name a witness provides that leads to an arrest thus dramatically increasing their payout. If 20 witnesses come forward but all of whom supply the same name which subsequently leads to an arrest, only the first witness will receive the reward, in this way, we ensure that reports are made quickly and that multiple names and or details are forwarded to the authorities.

The target for this Fundraiser is set at R125,000 of which R100,000 will be dedicated toward the rewards for up to 20 arrested culprits and the remaining balance will be used to pay for expenses such as the printing of flyers, courier fees related to the supply of flyers, payment for individuals to hand out the flyers and for any other costs that are related to this initiative.

Any funds raised beyond this target are to be donated to a Charity selected from a random draw and I therefore ask you to list the Charity you find most dear to your heart in the comments below after making your contribution.

To reach this target, little more than R50 from 2500 people would be require, a small price to pay as tribute to potentially putting those responsible for the massacre of these majestic beings behind bars!
