Welcome to "ANNGELLS RUN"- OUTDOOR OCR Training Center & OCR GYM!

We are only ONE TOTALLY FREE outdoor/indoor training center's - OPEN FOR EVERYBODY located in POLAND, IN WROCŁAW.

Our course is 5 miles of hills, WOOD, rough terrain, and natural (water, fire, darkness) and man made obstacles.

IF you are looking for a fun obstacle activity day, wanting to develop some serious OCR skills or just want to get fit this is where you can train and have fun !!

On the COURSE you will encounter steep hills, walls, muddy army crawls, rope climbs, spear throws, bucket/sandbag carries, monkey bars, balance blocks, traverse walls, water, trayolean lines...

Explore the wild trails ALONE, or with your FAMILY, CHILDREN, OR MATES !!or with your FAMILY, CHILDREN, OR MATES !!

You can train here for your next Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, RUNMAGEDDON, or other obstacle course race. Our course is designed to provide runners and racers of all levels a place to push their bodies' physical and mental limits.

We are open to children from 5yrs+ and adults all year!! Are you ready to have fun or get into some serious hot training!
