Outdoor chess tables for children and elderly people!

We are a Christian Community from Cahul, Republic of Moldova, working with children, young people and elders. The elders and children are not included in the priorities of the town authorities, so no facilities for these categories are created. Given that we are working with these people, we want to create the facilities that will serve the whole city. In our center, young people discover themselves, improve various skills and are guided to get involved in the community. There are numerous activities organized: workshops, training sessions, summer camps, theatre etc. There are a social canteen and a discussion club for elderly people, where they gather and spend their free time. We planned and started the building of a retirement home next to our center. Thus, we need to equip the recreational space for the beneficiaries with outdoor chess tables. There is a need for 4 double concrete chess sets which will cost around 6000$. This way you will help create a place for the whole community, especially for children and elderly members to spend their free time constructively as there is no such place in our town.
