SOLOMON PREVARSITY

INTRODUCTION

Sierra Leone is a post-conflict country which is struggling to emerge from shocks of one decade of civil war, the world’s deadliest Ebola virus outbreak and the recently destructive mudslide which has left many children orphaned and challenged in socio-economic sphere coupled with the Global Corona pandemic that is ravaging the world. These shocks placed heavy burden to already weak economy and society which is unable to adequately meet the basic human rights of her citizens such as education, health and Empowerment of Youths.

Therefore, SOLOMON PREVARSITY is a Christian school and non-profit organization that is about to start-out in Sierra Leone and is saddled with the responsibility of providing quality education to as many who aren't privilege to access quality education especially those who just finish and are out secondary school and are preparing to go to the higher institution but have no sponsors to help them. We are creating a platform whereby these students will be opportuned to learn good IT skills and be able to help themselves. After the period of learning for FREE, we also plan to create an environment for sponsorship to the University.

The mission of Solomon Prevarsity is to educate the students of all race. We do this through our commitment to the transformative power of discipleship, language program, and IT education.

Beginning in the classroom with exposure to new ideas, new ways of understanding, and new ways of knowing, students embark on a journey of intellectual transformation.
