Our wedding needs help

hi everyone,

Thank you for looking at the page me and my partner decided to get married in Las Vegas which was a good idea at the time but since we have booked the wedding and hotel my partner has become ill she has a stomach ulser at the minute which means I have had to take time off work with no pay, this is not the main issue she has a lot of hospital appointments at the minute due to been diagnosed with a cancerous lump which means she is going to have to have a full hysterectomy operation which means she isn't gonna be able to work for around 6-8 weeks and I will also need more unpaid time off to look after our two girls if you can help I thank you very much.
