Our New home

We are a family of 5, mother, father and three children 1,2 and 6 years old.

Our biggest dream would be to get our own home. Unfortunately, we can't get enough credit from the bank to buy a home. We have found the home of our dreams that we would very much like.

Our family does not get a loan from the bank because I have been at home with the children for a long time and I do not have enough income in their eyes. The income of the family is only the spouse's salary and child allowance. Banks Want to have a monthly income of at least € 1,500 for a half year. But that would mean my kids wouldn't have a father and I wouldn't have a husband because he would have to work a lot of overtime and not be home at all.

I've been through real estate portals and all sorts of loan companies for a long time. Apparently, I even have everyone's interest in my head. They are very big for us.

Hence my question, would you be willing to make one small young family happy and finance the purchase of our home for € 50,000?

You would make three young children very happy and offer them a true childhood home in the countryside. Not to mention the joy of parents.
