Our Kids School Bullied Us

We are a regular middle class family. I grew up in 
the projects and so did my husband.  Now we make a 
decent living, but we help our family and others as 
much as we can.  We wanted something better for our 
children. Last school year we enrolled them in a 
private christian school. The school gave us a way 
to pay them monthly over a 3 year contract.  During 
the course of the school year they fired a couple 
of teachers and moved teachers around. We didn't 
raise any concern until one of our children,the 
oldest, teacher was fired.  

 
Before the teacher was fired, they sent an email 
saying there was a middle school forum.  We asked 
the teacher twice what the forum was about, and she 
didn't know. This raised concerns because she was 
the primary and home room teacher for middle 
school.  It turns out the forum was about her being 
fired.   They didn't just replace her, the 
re-invented the whole middle school teaching 
system, going from 1-2 teachers to 4-6 teachers. 



We asked for a private conference to discuss what 
was going on.  At the meeting they told us that we 
were trouble makers because we asked questions. So 
they told us they could no longer server our 
children. 
Our children had never been in trouble at school, 
and now because we asked a simple question and 
raised concerns they kicked our kids out of school 
in the middle of the year. 

We are now in litigation, but they are counter 
suing us!

Please help with our legal costs to stop schools 
from bullying parents who really care about what's 
going on in the schools.  It's almost like the 
school system would rather parents not be involved 
so they can do what they want with our kids.
