Our Journey

Hi, My name is ShaQuoya, I am 26. I am a mother of a beautiful & bright 4 year old name A’Niylah. She is my everything & since she was born I felt like I failed her because she had to grow up without a father because he decided to walk away from her when she was 2 months, leaving a 3 year relationship to go get married to another woman that was newly pregnant. He has since only contributed financially 8 times in 4 years. I had to make the decision to make sure I did my part as her mother & give her the tools to make it through this life. Life has been having its ups & downs. I lost my job back in April & didn’t get a job til September. So I am playing catch up & honesty I am tired Emotionally, Physically, & Mentally. I need A FRESH START!

I have since became a Licensed Esthetician back in 2021 & I have started to build my body waxing business (my IG is @JoyfulTouchWax) & working; I have been looking for different resources to help me also get us our own place but first I need to pay off debt. We currently live with my parents which I am very grateful for definitely they are my biggest supports. I would love to also give back to them for all they have done. I am grateful for any & all support.
