Our Grandmother needs help

Our grandmother will do everything to help those she loves. Unfortunately, this time it bit her in the butt. Our uncle had a great idea for a restaurant but not the funds. He asked our grandma to invest, which she did. After some worry she asked to see the finances to make sure everything was going alright. He refused and told her it was none of her business and threatened to resign if she did not leave him alone about it. He did resign with the intentions of letting the restaurant shut down. The restaurant is still in operation with the help of more investments from our grandmother. She put off retiring to help my uncle. He is now suing to have the restaurant shut down and suing our grandmother personally for money. I believe he wants to see her lose everything she has worked so hard for. Please help us raise some money to deal with the cost of the 2 lawyers he is now forcing her(judge ordered) to hire.
