Campaign Story
Our grandmother Chit was admitted to World Citi Medical Center on July 7 late into the night. Our mother Bunnie was also admitted to the same hospital 5 hours later on July 8. They both tested positive for COVID-19.
Chest X-rays showed they both have pneumonia. Our grandmother has bilateral pneumonia while our mother is in the initial stages. They have been given several antibiotics but their pneumonia is still there and our grandmother was put on oxygen to improve her oxygenation level and her blood sugar is on constant monitoring.
We feel desperate and helpless because we couldn't be with and do more for them.
