Our family dog needs a fence to roam! His kennel is just too small.

Since moving to an urban neighborhood, we had to buy a kennel we could afford to contain our dog Blackie--a Labrador. He is no longer able to run free. He has such a small area for his house and food, with no room to roam. Our oldest son is heartbroken and is begging for us to get a fence. We just can't afford it. We would love to see our sweet Blackie get the space he deserves. Your help would be greatly appreciated!
