Our daddy of 8 is battling Severe case of Sensory Polyneuropathy (CIDP)

My husband and father of 8, is suffering from a rare medical condition that affects the Peripheral Nervous system in recent years after an EEG result was confirmed with a diagnosis of Sensory Polyneuropathy (CIDP). He has been living with this extreme internal pain since 2017. His experience was very difficult as this condition affected his mobility in his joints. The exposure to harsh chemicals(acetone) for 8 years took a toll on his body. Since his symptoms have progressed from left leg and feet joints to the lower back and right leg and feet and abdomen. His muscles have deteriorated over time. His condition is currently active and progressing with no current cure only medication to treat the symptoms. We are grateful to have found a new Neurologist that is working diligently to treat his medical condition. He is still in the testing phase and has a long journey ahead to recovery. He will begin injections, blood transfusion, and other treatments necessary soon. Our family has been deeply affected by this illness and it has changed our family’s way of living in so many ways.

My husband is our family's hero. He shows great strength and perseverance. It takes immense strength to endure pain every single day. He has such a big heart for his family and has always been a contributor to humanitarian organizations. He is an entrepreneur, teacher, scholar, a seeker of truth. He is an amazing leader, husband, and father. Any support and contribution would be deeply appreciated by our family.
