Campaign Story
You don't need a personal connection to the war in Ukraine to want to help. The photographs of affected children and wounded elderly are usually reason enough to act.
We, however, have a partnership that is both deep and spans over ten years with this part of the world. Our partners and colleagues there need our help. When the war broke out, I asked every one of our Ukrainian team if we could do anything to help. They said the same thing; they appreciated the concern, but "no, we are fine". As a few days elapsed and some of the horrible realities of war presented themselves, some of the lads reached out with very particular ways we could help. Namely, it is medicines they need for the injured. They said they would present us with proof of purchase. I don't need such evidence, and I will not advertise this campaign very widely, meaning those who donate only need to know and trust me. We have seen and read some inspirational stories of resilience and comradely from these people already; let's help them do more of this.
