Our “Angel” Down Syndrome with Conginital Heart Disease

Please help my sister. She's a Down Syndrome with a Conginital Heart Disease. I would like to help in her condition but we don't have a big amount of money to support her financially. My sister is very sweet and loving person and we want to seeing her smile every day. But we are suffering everytime we saw her crying because of her condition. I will appreciate every person who will help her. Any amount will do.
