Oscar is a 4 year-old kid and he is so special! He is so smart and he had big dreams to make true. Oscar was born with Dandy Walker Syndrom. He is not able to do anything that other kids can do. He barely can move his body. We want to reach the amount of his Medical treatment with stem cells that allow him to have options for improvement in his mobility. This treatment would be done at Duke University Hospital located in North Carolina with your help.
