Oscar - 5 yrs old owner surrender at an Ohio Vets Clinic. He is shut down, not eating. Vet could no longer keep him or willing to spend any time/funds on finding out what medical issues exist.
Addie Caputo-Broach stepped up and saved Oscar. Oscar will be coming to me in Toronto and I will ensure he finds love and security. But first we needed to get him seen by a vet.
Today, sweet Oscar underwent exploratory surgery..and what initially was thought to be a tennis ball lodged in his abdomen is infact a tumour.
It was removed and we are awaiting results.
I have the bill showing up today but there will be aftercare and next steps.
Addie is a dedicated animal advocate. She works tirelessly for the animals even as she undergoes chemotherapy treatment for cancer. Her bill at the vet is over $4,000 but we are only asking for help in dealing with Oscar.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Oscar updates will be provided
