Orthopedic Operation

Hi Guys I have a friend in need of an operation here is the details:

Adri was involved in a car crash about a year ago and broke her hip, it has been surgically repair but now she walks with a limp, to add to her problems a while ago as she was claiming the staircase at her school she fell and the hip compressed. So I asked Dorr Paley, am a Canadian orthopaedic surgeon for his diagnosis.

 He’s concoction follows “There are several problems. The fracture of the hip has collapsed and does not appear to have fully healed. The neck is very short and the greater trochanter is quite elevated. Due to the collapse there is likely a bump in the front of the hip which may be causing limitation of motion and pain due to femuro-acetabular-impingement. There is of course a loss of about 2cms of length in the leg. Finally, the biggest question is whether the femoral head is alive. This type of fracture frequently leads to avascular necrosis (AVN). The best test to determine this is an MRI which cannot be done till the hardware is out. A bone scan can be done but is not always diagnostic. At age 16 it is important to do as much as possible to try and save the hip. I will need to get more studies before recommending the final surgical plan.”

So now I would like to ask anybody whiling to give any donation or just help to raise awareness of my project, so that we get the funding she will need to safe her hip, giving her 20 more years before she would have to get a hip replacement done.

I need about $20000-$25000 to give this girl her spring in her step back, and that is why I need your help.
