Orphan needs immediate help for food, medical bills and rent

Orphaned during the tsunami in Aceh, Indonesia in 2004 at the age of 10, Wildan and his sister were left to be raised by their ageing grandmother. Money has always been scarce and food not always available. As a result, Wildan, now 23 years of age, has been through 2 operations since last year due to his onset with GERD, and more recently has been hospitalized twice in the past month because of severe dehydration and malnourishment, after having passed out at the University campus. Now, he's dealing with a kidney stone...

People in his surrounding community aren't able to help him financially, which is the reason why I'm coming to you now.

Every dollar received as a donation will go to help Wildan settle the hospital bills, the campus lodging, the medicine and food. Once he's cleared this, he'll be able to focus on relocating from Aceh to Jakarta to find work. Though this is the toughest decision he's had to make (this means that he'll be very far from his grandmother and younger sister), this is the best place for him to start looking for work.
