Campaign Story
Clement Shirinda (28) , from Jerome Village in Malamulele was involved in horiffic car accident that left him living with a disability of urine blockage and he is currently using pipes to urinate that were put in his stomach and the pipes are causing severe pains in his body and he has in and out of surgeries/operation and hospitals trying to help as a result doctors have tried everything to help him but to no success and he was refered to a specialist that is found in the U.S.A to do him a plastic surgery for his urine system.
So he is in need of R150 000 , Plane Tickets , Accomodation , and food . Any good Samaritans can donate
