Campaign Story
Please help fund my trip to Croatia 2018 with the purpose of carrying out ecological surveys and to take part in surveys alongside professional scientists to collect data to help in the conservation and maintenance of the extremely diverse ecology of the area.
Out of the 2 weeks spent there, the first will be spent in Krka National Park where the investigations will be centered around fish, reptiles, cave environments along with birds, butterflies and mammals. In the second week I will be based in Mljet National Park, here we will complete a PADI Open Water dive training programme in order to carry out some underwater sampling surrounding marine life.
This trip will be an amazing experience for the team and I to work alongside scientist in the field and to contribute to biodiversity research with Croatia whilst gaining personal knowledge in conservation.
