Operation Summer School

Hi everyone!

        I am currently a junior at University of Tennessee. As the only person in my family to go to college, I am excited and proud for me and my two younger brothers sucess in school. The assimulation has been difficult and worthwhile to say the least. I have recieved some scholarshipas and loans ( same with my brothers) to pay for school, as well as part time cashier at Target. The summer school enrollment process has begun and i realize i will not have enough for my classes, food, apartment, and books ( for me and my brothers).My state used to have a scholarship that was automatically given to students who had met certain requirements in high school, but unfortunately they had been taking some of the funds to use for something completely unrelated and now the scholarship looks like it's going to be discontinued. I count on that couple thousand bucks every semester, but it won't be coming. My mom can hardely keep ends meet at home so we are on our own. I would be very thankful for any support in this. I am eternally greatful for the path that I am on. Thank you!
