Operation reduce unemployment

Please assist me in achieving my goals to build a business that will employ many South Africans.

I want to build a property development business and a Trucking business by 2017.but the banks wont fund me because I do not have collateral.

I currently have a construction and maintenance company and I save up funds from my profit that will help contribute towards my goals.

I believe in time and by the support of many people out there I can create a business empire that will employ millions of people in South Africa no matter what race group you belong too.
