Operation of Frodo Baggins

Hello!
My name is Frodo Baggins, I am a 7 years old Bichon Havanese and I live in Hungary with my family (so, all my life is ahead of me).
I really love my family and my family adore me. We go to dogschool together and travel a lot, I love my life here.
One day I had a ligament tear in my back right leg after making a wrong turn. I was in a big pain! My owner rushed with me to the hospital, I had an operation and she stayed home with me.

However, a cat came in to my garden (a week before my full-healing) and I had to protect my garden from cats so I run after it. I came back with my operated leg ruined and my other leg with a ligament tear.
My owner was really angry with me. She cried a lot, because we do not have money to operate me again and I do not want to be put down for a long sleep. :(

Please help me, so that I could run after cats again! I want to be a happy dog again! :)
